1、环氧树脂双酚A结构中苯环、环氧基易氧化产生羰基形成发黄基团； 

2、胺类固化剂中游离胺成份直接与环氧树脂聚合，导致局部范围的升温，加速变黄；

3、叔胺类促进剂、壬基酚促进剂在热氧、UV照射下都易变色； 

4、反应过程中温度过高，体系中残留的杂质、金属催化剂都会诱使黄变。

There are many factors that cause the yellowing of epoxy resin adhesive.

1. In the structure of bisphenol A of epoxy resin, the benzene ring and epoxy group are easy to oxidize to produce carbonyl group to form yellowing group;

2. The free amine in amine curing agent polymerizes with epoxy resin directly, resulting in local temperature rising and accelerating yellowing;

3. Both tertiary amine accelerants and nonylphenol accelerators are easy to change color under thermal oxygen and UV irradiation;

4. If the temperature is too high, the residual impurities and metal catalysts in the system will induce yellowing.
